All signers must be present unless splitting between locations and then at separate charges.

I am bonded, insured and background checked by the FBI and DOJ.

   
At a mutually agreed location, our appointment can take place at your Home, Office,
 Hospital Room, Extended Care Facility, Library or Starbucks etc.

All work is guaranteed. Done right the first time or the redo is on me.

You must have a valid original government photo ID issued within the last 5 years.

With respect for my next client's appointment time and to allow ample time for you, 
please have the paperwork filled out completely.

 All Documents should be ready for signatures and my certificates.  I cannot notarize blanks.
